We want the process of entering this show to be painless and maybe even a little fun. Please feel free to contact msuaiga2009@gmail.com with any questions that you might have.

1. Who may enter?
Any graphic design student enrolled in a graphic design program. (four year, two year, art school, state school...as long as you are in SCHOOL!)

2. How much will this competition set me back?
Paying 16 dollars will get you unlimited entries. UNLIMITED! We think this is quite the deal! You will get your work reviewed by some talented judge like folk and seen by a bevy of your peers.

3. What can I submit?
Our categories are: Logos, Letterhead Package, Packaging, Illustration, Posters, Websites, Advertising, Editorial, Misc (books, wearables, self-promos and other awesome yet hard to categorize wares).

4. How do I enter?
First, please fill out the Entry Form. We will be sending you a paypal invoice for $16.00 once you fill out the entry form. Next you will upload your entry images to Flickr.

5. Now, how do I work this thing you call Flickr?
Simple! so glad you asked.

A. get a Flickr account. If you already have one, then congrats, it will be one step less for you!
B. Upload your 72dpi images to your account.
C. Tag your entries with msuaiga
D. Title your image with your name (first and last) and then in the description fill in the category that your entry is being submitted and a short description if you would like.
E. Join the Pix(elated!) flickr group and then add your entries to the group.
F. Voila! you are SO entered into Pix(elated!) Good Luck!

6. What happens next?
The judges will meet at a top secret location and deliberate for hours, days even. The show will be selected and the winners will be notified. If you are a winner (really, you all are winners) you will be notified via email to send the winning entries mounted on blackcore board to the following address:

7. Like, will I get stuff if I win?
Well…you will gain the adoration of your peers and you will receive a sweet certificate in the mail. If you win best of category, you will receive candy and a homemade trophy. There is no way you can refuse candy. I dare you. We are also working on getting some free stuff. If you win, you will totally get free stuff.

8. When is the deadline?
March 9th!

9. When is the show opening?
April 14th! The show will be up from April 9th to April 17th at Work + Space in Starkville, MS. More details to come!

10. If I win, when do my boards need to be received?
April 3rd, please.

11.Do I get my work back?
Due to the volume of entries, submissions to the show will not be returned. However, if you go to a school that is located close by, come to the show! You may pick your work up then, if you would like! If you are sending something that is one of a kind or really hard to replace, we will probably feel bad and return it to you. If you really want your work back, contact us and we will make arrangements.
